Consent to the processing of personal data

Draft: the operator’s details are filled in before sales and advertising start, and the text is checked with a lawyer.

By sending a request on the abso.coffee website, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give my consent to the operator — [to fill in: sole proprietor or LLC, INN, OGRN, address] — under Russia’s personal data law (Federal Law No. 152-FZ) to process my personal data: my name, phone or messenger, email address, country and city, and the information given in the request.

The purpose of processing is to answer the request: contacting me, clarifying the task, preparing an offer and a quote, arranging a delivery, a cupping or a class.

Actions with the data: collection, recording, systematisation, storage, updating, use, deletion and destruction, with or without automated means. The data is stored in Russia. It is transferred to third parties, including delivery and supply partners, only with my separate consent.

The consent is valid until the purpose of processing is achieved, but for no longer than 3 years, and may be withdrawn by writing to ppcm150@gmail.com.
