Personal data processing policy

Draft: the operator’s details are filled in before sales and advertising start, and the text is checked with a lawyer.

Operator

The personal data operator, as Russia’s personal data law (Federal Law No. 152-FZ) defines it, is [to fill in: sole proprietor or LLC, INN, OGRN, address]. The policy applies to the abso.coffee website and its app (PWA) in all languages.

What data and why

From the request form: name, phone or messenger, email, preferred way of contact, country and city, what is needed, the amount, the description and the calculation from the site, if one is attached.

There is one purpose — to answer the request: to get in touch, clarify what is needed, prepare an offer and a quote, and arrange a delivery, a cupping or a class.

Where and for how long it is stored

The data is stored on a server in Moscow (Russia). It is kept while the request is being worked on and no longer than 3 years after the last contact; then the data is deleted.

A notification about a new request, if enabled, contains only the request number and type — no name, contact details, address or text.

Who receives it

Without separate consent, no one. If a partner is needed for delivery or supply, we ask for permission first and pass on only what the work requires.

What is on your device

The site sets no cookies and uses no third-party trackers. Timer progress, the chosen theme, request numbers, a request waiting for a connection and the calculation for a request are stored only in the browser on this device. Timers and calculators send nothing.

Rights

You can find out what data is stored, have it corrected, withdraw your consent and require its deletion — by writing to ppcm150@gmail.com. The reply comes within 10 working days.
